Trying anal??

So my boyfriend recently brought up to topic of trying anal for the first time. And I used to be totally against it but I've warmed up to the idea since we started doing anal foreplay. So basically I'm wondering if you guys have any tips as to how we should go about it/prepare. I'm sort of nervous but I love trying out new things.

Use a ton of lube. Make sure you're really turned on/excited for it to happen. Warm up with fingers or toys. I suggest getting a Butt plug. Then just go slowly. If you're actually excited you'll relax enough so it'll only be pleasurable instead of any discomfort

I was really nervous about it before by just doing foreplay stuff, but I noticed once I relaxed and got really into it, it felt really good. I just bought some lube today. But thanks for the tips! It's such a foreign concept for me I have no idea what I'm doing lol
