Panicked ER Visit

I woke up this morning getting ready for work like usual. I went to pee before I left and noticed when I wiped there was bright red blood (a few drops, if that) none in my pee. I miscarried in February so I immediately began crying. (I am 7 weeks 1 day) My husband and I went to ER. I was shocked and happy to find my baby with a heartbeat. Baby had grown from last week and heartbeat was faster also. They found a subchoroinic hematoma (small spot of blood) beside the baby's sac. I also have a UTI (but no UTI symptoms) waiting to hear back from my obgyn. THOUGHTS? Anybody else had this/have this? Unsure if I should be worried or not. It wasn't very large. The ultrasound tech said her friend had one almost the size of th screen and she has a healthy child.
