As someone who isn't from Florida, I assosicate it with celebrities, beaches, tans, clubs, alcohol, Disney, Universal Studios, vacation, pretty water, and bikinis.

The South (I was born in New Orleans) has culture and history. From an outsider, Florida just seems to be one giant tourist attraction or a place to film action movies and reality shows 😕

As someone who lives in Florida, no. I mean if you're talking geography, it is in the south of course, but it doesn't count for "southern hospitality". People are rude as fuck here.
