6 weeks and 6 days. No morning sickness?

Question

I've heard that morning sickness is a sign of a healthy pregnancy but I haven't had this yet. Yesterday I gagged and threw up from brushing my tongue with my toothbrush but that's it.

Anyone else not experiencing nausea or vomiting?

My only side effects are fatigue and slightly tender breasts. Should I be concerned?

I have got 3 healthy children and never had morning sickness.  Stop worrying, by the grace of God all is well.

It's kind of becoming an old wives tale that morning sickness = healthy pregnancy. I think it's just different for every woman. I have stomach issues (GERD and acid reflux) to begin with, so I don't think I was getting away from it no matter how hard I tried. My best friend made it through her entire pregnancy with not even one moment of nausea. Don't fret.

Mine has passed at 5 weeks. It's not abnormal. I wouldn't worry unless the doc says to worry.
