Please anyone ??

Ok so I'm 3 days late... I thought I'd come on this morning but Iv had a pad on an all its had is like a backassage stain on the pad .. Sorry to much info but no blood or anything ?? I did a test Monday that was negative ?? Iv had what I thought was awful ibs pains for the next 3 days which i haven't had in a long time? Also in had lots of white thick creamy discharge that has a slight smell to it too . Anyone had this any thoughts
