When can you rule out ectopic etc?

At what week can you rule out the possibility of an ectopic or chemical pregnancy?

I had a tubular back in Oct. Was pregnant but miscarried. I thought my bleeding was due to that however I had 2 periods in one month and went to the er a month after. I misscarried at 8 weeks. There was no pain cept the first time I bled which was just as period cramps. When I had the tubular it was the worst pain I've ever felt. It traveled up to my shoulders and felt as though blood was pooling there. They ended up taking my tube. My doctor said I was already bleeding internally and that I was lucky it hadn't burst yet. Now I have an appointment for an ultrasound at 5 weeks just to be on the safe side.

I was just looking this up earlier too. I'm 6w5d today, but I've had a dull ache on my right side for about 2 weeks on and off. It's bizarre but not really painful... Just annoying and troubles my mind. No bleeding and my HCG levels were 27000 at 5w4d. My chiropractor didn't seem very concerned about it on Monday, but he's obviously not an obgyn. He did say it was too early for round ligament pain though. I've got an ultrasound Monday, so I figure I'll get answers soon enough... I've always had hip issues, so I'm assuming it's just from movement and uneven compensation. Bump and following

I had 2 ectopic pregnancy , i found out when I only 4-5weeks, and also they both starting to spotting and pain on only one side( not cramps) , the first ectopic  pregnancy the HCG never doubling and over 500 so Dr can't see anything cause the HCG is too low. The second ectopic pregnancy was raising very good number, doubling and higher enough , maybe it growing fast so my right side starting have pain in 4weeks 4day, went to ER, saw a sac with no baby yet in my utures , so they said it is not a ectopic pregnancy. Next day the pain getting worst I badly can walk so we went back to ER again, this time they saw a sac in my right tube too. So I think you should have some sign if it is ectopic pregnancy.
