Should I consult a fertility specialist?

I'm 28, I have a 4yr old who was conceived within 3 months of trying but last year had my left Fallopian tube removed due to ectopic pregnancy. My husband and I have been trying for a year since, I consider myself to be of healthy weight with no ongoing medical issues. I'm wondering if I should start to consider looking into fertility treatments now and maybe tests for my husband too?
