Teething?

What do I need to look for as teething signs? FTM looking for advice ☺️

My two month old just started teething. He drools a lot, always wants to put his hands in his mouth even my finger, it's a struggle to get him to eat because he keeps pulling away, really fussy at night, and the top part of his gums is hard and can feel a tiny tooth. Sometimes I feel like he's hot and may have a low grade fever.
