Trying for first baby!

My husband and I just got married in October. I have been on birth control since I was 17 I'm now 24. I was pregnant at one time at the age of 19. My doctor had made the decision to abort the baby because it was not developing properly. My period this time around was 4 days late and then came and I had a 6 day period with barely any cramps when they are normally severe. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this or can shine a light on what is going on with my body. Thank you
