Did my doctor spill the beans?

So we're waiting to find out what we're having , but at our appt yesterday after the ultrasound (which we both look away during the leg measuring part) we were chatting with our doctor and asking a few questions. Then he asked us "if you guys have a boy are you thinking about circumcision?" We both kind of feel we're having a boy and had actually just had a talk about if well circumcise or not, so I didn't think much about it. But now I'm wondering if he's trying to throw us for s loop or if he hinted at us having a boy?
