Conflicting information

Up until now I was told I was measuring fine and everything looked great. I've had some elevated blood pressure off and on but the doctor wasn't concerned. Today I hope in for my 36 week 3 day appointment and my doctor says I'm only measuring and 33 weeks and is suddenly very concerned about my blood pressure and had blood work done and I have to do a 24 hour urine sample before my next appointment. I'm not sure whether to feel like she's just bring cautious or to actually be worried?
