Breastfeeding Help!

I am almost positive I'm not making enough for my little guy. We've been breastfeeding for two weeks and in the beginning he would go 2-3 hours and be fine now he can't go 30 minutes to an hour without acting hungry. I also pump to keep a freezer syash and in the beginning I would get 1-2 ounces from each side now I am only able to get 15ML total. I've been drinking tons of water and taking fenugreek & mothers milk tea. I'm trying to pump after he eats but I don't feel like anything is working!

How long does it normally take to see an increase in supply?

And is it normal for him not to suck constantly while on the breast?
