Cervix help!!

So this cycle I've started tracking my cervix but somewhat paid attention before. I have irregular cycles and lately they've been between 50-60 days. I'm on CD 10 and my ovulation test is very negative. (Barely a 2nd line) but I noticed today my cervix is high and so is my sex drive. Could I possibly be ovulating so early? I thought your cervix is only high when fertile.

Some background- been taking vitex and maca for a few months so idk if this could be me regulating or not. Also, i dont know when i ovulate normally. Ive never had a positive test. I have not been tested for pcos or any fertility issues because we haven't been trying for a year yet.
