What comes after clomid?

I just finished my last treatment of clomid and still not pregnant this will be our 2 year trying. Any suggestions?

So I spoke to my doctor and she highly recommended another 3 months of clomid because I only have my left ovary that is "functional" my right side is completely blocked she said doing another 3 treatments would cover that my left side is actually ovulating. She said ferama is similar and would just cause me to have worse side affects after clomid I would go to get an IUI. I'm praying these three months will work. Thank you guys so much it means a lot!

After I did 4 rounds of Clomid my doctor suggested Femara. I'm on my first cycle with it and according to my 21 day progesterone I didn't ovulate. However I do know a few people who wouldn't ovulate on Clomid and then have success with Femara. I think they typically try Clomid first bc Femara is not FDA approved. I would ask your doctor if you can try that before going to an RE for IUI or IVF. That's my plan. GL!

We did 3 rounds of clomid and then started Femara. Just finished my second round and will start the third next month. You should research clomid vs Femara. It might be an option you could try. Ask your doctor for their opinion. Good luck to you!
