Depo shot?

I got the shot literally once a year ago and my period is still messed up to this day.. ( terrible cramps, 2+ weeks of bleeding etc.) Has anybody gone through this?

You just need to wait for the Depo to wear off.
It acts like a steroid and clings to your body fat. It can take months to even years to leave your body.

This is why it can take up to 2 years after stopping to conceive or have your cycles go back to normal.

Depo has been banned in Germany and many other European countries, and is in the process of being banned in many others.

I was on Depo Shot for 3 years and while on it I was getting my period once every three months, when I stopped it I was getting my period every month. ☺️

I was on the depo for like a year then i stopped and i had a periods for weeks i went to see a doctor, its just your body cleaning its self since it didnt have periods for a while and had all them fluids inside , dont worry itll go away

I've not been on the shot but I have gone through this but the reason was I have cyst on my overies. I'd go to an obgyn and see what they say. A lot of girls I know stopped the shot because it messed up their systems
