Stinging during sex?

So recently I've felt a very slight stinging sensation when I try and have sex, I've noticed that it also happens when I tried to put a finger in to test - even just entering starts the stinging (I'm clean of std's and have only just started having sex) what could this mean? I think it will hurt having sex tonight...

I would also wonder if you've been too rough or too dry during sex, causing friction and have irritated your vagina. Take a break from sex for a few days and see how it feels
