I HATE INDIGESTION
I know this isn't exactly reproductive health related but ugh!! I have been having problems with bloating and indigestion recently and it is the worst. I eat a quick snack like an apple and I feel like I had a 3 course meal. And when I eat dinner the indigestion comes! It feels like a mix of I need to throw up and cramps :( not fun. It has been keeping me up late because of the pains and I don't want to lay down because I feel like I am going to throw up. I have googled ways to help but nothing is I good enough. Does anyone have tips for bloating and indigestion? It is greatly appreciated.
