Discolored Watery Discharge

I just had a watery Discharge it looked clear until I let it drip off my finger it was a bit red ish pale yellow idk but still transparent with no smell I also noticed blood today twice one with the clear mucus and then next when I wiped im in my Fertile days so I know my period ain't coming on yet but this is when I mostly discharge Ughhh I need HELP Never seen this before 😱😱
