Anyone have any significant changes before they got there bfp from the month before bfp?

Last month I had a huge cm increase, brown cm spotting on the 18th. Between the 7th - 10th March I had considerably sore nipples.

Well this month.. I have been paying close attention, and I have had literally none of these this month what so ever, I've somewhat dried up considerably since. But I've been feeling extremely exhausted even after a full 10 hour sleep..I've been having mixed reviews on hpt tests.. Although a few that were questionable last week but not had the guts to test again since..
