Pregnant with no HCG?

Hey ladies, I'm 2 months late on my period with all the symptoms I had with my last pregnancy. I've taken about 7 pregnancy tests that have all been negative 😞 I'm wondering if maybe it's possible for my hcg to be low? Or maybe not show up at all? I've kept track of all the times I could've gotten pregnant since my last period in Jan/feb. I should be close to 8-10 weeks pregnant but it just won't show up on a pt. Not even a faint line!! Has this happened to any of you? Or am I crazy?
