Scared to have sex

Is anyone else scared to have sex? I had sex last week and when I went to the loo and wiped there was a few spots, I panic as its blood still so now I'm too scared to have sex I'm 7 weeks 2 days and until my scan to know if everything is okay etc I'm too scared to have sex!!! Anyone else feel this way or am i panicking over nothing??
