Subchronic hematoma

Has anyone else experienced this? I'm going to be 10 weeks pregnant tomorrow. I got an ultra sound at 8 weeks, 3 days and they called me earlier this week to book my next appointment. The nurse just casually mentions that the doctor saw a subchronic hemmorage near my placenta. It is small and I shouldn't be concerned. She said if I have any sporting, I should call them. So far, I haven't had any spotting or bleeding. I'm hoping it already got absorbed on it's own. Of course I'm still worried though.. I can't help it.
