Too much sugar?
Hi all,
So I eat a lot of fruit during the day, mainly for breakfast, I have at least 5 pieces of fruit everyday. I'm wondering whether I could be getting too much sugar? I know that it's natural sugar but I can't help but be a little worried im over doing it. Plus I do tend to eat some chocolate in the day (my weakness), so that adds to the sugar levels. What do you think?
