Pill side effect????

Hey guys
I've been on Alesse 28 for a month and a half and today I had a bit of spotting. Is this normal? I had it once during my first pill pack too but now I'm halfway through my second pack and had it again. I haven't had sex in like 3 weeks. Thanks!

Yes that's normal for the first 3 months!

I was on a pill, but had to switch cause of insurance. Anyhow, first month I had one day of spotting mid cycle. Second month I had spotting mid cycle for little over a week. Spotting is normal when new to birth control or switching from one pill to another or getting on a different form on it
