Sweet baby boy!
My little man was born April 4th, 2016! I was due the 22nd, but I was induced because of hypertension. We didn't know the gender and were surprised with a beautiful baby boy! I was admitted Sunday the 3rd, started cytotec over night to ripen my cervix, then starter pitocin at 10am on Monday the 4th. Around 1pm, the dr broke my water and upped the pitocin - which is when contractions got really intense. Originally I wanted to try for a natural birth, however the pain was too much! I got an epidural around 2:30pm and slept for a few hours. At 7pm I was 6 cm and then by 9pm I was 10cm! I started pushing, which was not as bad as I had expected. At 10:37pm my baby was born! The dr let me pull him out myself, it was amazing!
