Help! Pregnant with Twins only 9+4 and struggling!

I feel so exhausted all of the time that all I want to do is sleep and I always wake up nauseated. I have a bladder infection which sends me to the restroom constantly and my body (expecially my back) feels like I've been an in car accident (yes I know how that feels afterwards.)The antibiotics I'm on for the bladder infection makes me more nauseous because I taste it for hours after each dose (twice a day) taking my prenatals are impossible because I vomited so bad taking the two (separate times a day!)

On top of that I have projects and finals approaching and I am in Jeopardy of losing my full time status at work since I've been taking so many days off due to sickness and fatigue!

Help! I want to cry all the time because I feel so crappy! What pain meds can I take? My body really aches!
