Advice needed

AF is almost three months late. Bloating, constant headaches, peeing more than usual, diarrhea, very irritable, and Ive been spotting today. I have taken numerous tests, all have been negative. We're trying for our rainbow baby. My first pregnancy never showed positive on a pg test even after i had an ultrasound of him but my second and third both showed positive on a pg test. What should i do?
