Ramzi method?! Abdominal ultrasound

This was taken abdominally at 7+3 weeks. Can anyone tell me what they think please? Xx

I don't believe in the ramzi method because it was wrong for all my babies and my cousin!! But, that's actually supposed to be a "boy" because with abdominal, the image is mirrored. So it would be on the opposite side
