Honestly you get what you pay for. Since your hair is black and you're going to such a light color you're going to be paying a few hundred dollars. If you pay 100-150 they're just going to absolutely fry your hair and there's going to be so much breakage. Go to some who is trustworthy and will do it in a few sessions unless you want your hair to be falling out left and right

I have a lot of friends who are hair dying specialists and since your hair is so dark, it would require a lot of work to achieve a silvery/grey.

It cost me $140 when I went to a Fantastic Sam's just to get my hair to a light brown/dark blonde from dark brown. But it's definitely worth the money to get it done properly the first time. I have wasted so much $$$ by trying to do my hair myself..lol
