Embarrassing period story 😖

Nearly a year ago I had to travel out of town to my brother's graduation from military basic training. My family and I were on post all day and we had to use the public restrooms. I needed to change my tampon and my daughter had to pee, so of course she came with. Anywho I get in the stall and the door didn't have a lock and wouldn't stay closed so I had my daughter to stand in front of it. Not even thinking of how heavy I had been bleeding, I rip my tampon out and blood goes everywhere, and some lands on my daughter's canvas sneakers! I was horrified and so was she. I was so embarrassed! I've heard of things like this happening to other people but never thought it would happen to me. Needless to say I had to throw her shoes away because the stain wouldn't come out. I liked those shoes. lol
