If you go to the bathroom frequently then no. But make sure to change your tampon every 6 hours and your pad when you feel like it needs to be changed!

I typically change my tampon every 3-4 hours but that's mostly because I tend to have heavy period. I usually only wear a pad a night so I sleep with it on through the night, then change it in the morning. Most girls will change theirs when it seems full though so that's all up to your judgement!!! 😊
