Anyone else?

Anyone else take Prenatal pills and notice how wet you got and how horny you were... I have been taking them for two weeks I have NEVER been this wet associated with light cramping and watery cm!!! My cervix is really really low my Fiancé said it felt really open like something was different about it it has been this way since af went off.. Today is my first day in my fertility window
