My baby boy has been balling himself up a lot all day it causes so much pain and discomfort does anyone know why baby's do this?

Just what they do my son does the same as well and sometimes it's uncomfortable other times it hurts. He will ball himself up then all of a sudden sprawl out

My daughter does this all the time. It feels like she's going to pop through my skin alien style! I poke her or rub her back until she stretches out, then her brother gets pissed and starts kicking me like crazy! Lol 😂 (I'm 24 weeks with twins btw 😊)
