Assistantance to Conceive with Endometriosis

hi everyone

to all the ladies out there that have endo and have conceived naturally- what did you do or use?

i have it pretty bad- my fertility specialist has said endo and adenomyosis. i was given no hope to conceive naturally, after 7 yrs, i had my son after i gave up

fast forward 3 yrs and were ttc 20mths and ive had 3 iui's, 4 mths of clomid (horrible stuff) and 4 mths of fermara. im tired and need a break. she won't to do lap due to the severity so im getting a 2nd opinion. I refuse to hear there's no hope in hell cause I have already proven it is and would like one more before time runs out (im 37). i take prenatals, folic acid and other than seeing a 2nd dr. i dont know if there is perhaps other things i can try to assist with baby #2 with endo in the way.
