HELP!!!!!!

I have a question, hopefully any one can answer me, ok so I've had glow for 2 months now so I'm assuming it's a little more accurate when it comes to assumptions; anyways so glow notified me that my fertile days start tomorrow, that I'm close to ovulating, so my question is if I start having sex tomorrow for 2 weeks straight since I don't know exactly when I'm ovulating can I get pregnant????? Beer TTC for 3 mo tha now but never had luck, since my sex drive is POOOOOOR! :/
