It's a necessary evil for medical safety. If you've ever even taking Tylenol for a headache, you've benefitted from it. Vaccines? Brought to you by animals. Millions of lives saved. But it needs to be done humanely and only when necessary. Cosmetic? Hell no, that's just stupid.

I am in favor of conservative scientific research using animals as long as those animals are properly care for and treated respectfully, kindly, an humanely.

I do not support animal testing for commercial purposes.
There are better alternatives to finding out if a certain shade of lipstick will cause reactions, disfigurement, etc.

Why not test on murders, pedophiles, rapist- the most vile creatures? Once they decided to violate someone else rights with their crimes, imo they are no longer entitled to have rights anymore.

If you drank water out of the gutter in front of your house, you would probably get sick. If your dog did the same thing, they'd be totally fine.
We as humans are very different than other animals, so the testing they do is not 100% accurate. Having said that, I think there are some things that need to be tested, such as medications and certain foods and chemicals. I just wish there was a more accurate way to test these things without harming innocent animals. They live on this earth just the same as we do, we do not own them and we have no right to use or exploit them.

I say no to both, but understand the benefits for scientific purposes. My hope is that with technological advances, we won't need to use animals as we will have a better, cruelty free option.

Seriously though, I love rats. They are my favorite pets I have ever had... Unfortunately they are commonly used in medical testing. It's necessary for medicine to advance and keep up with evolving diseases.

Nope, not at all. There are a lot of alternatives to testing on animal that are non harmful to any living being, if they needed to, I'd rather have them testing on humans that commit heinous crimes than poor animals when there is no need at all.

Personally I mean makeup being tested on animals, so far I've officially gone 4mos without using any makeup that's been tested on animals and I'm proud of that ❤️❤️❤️
