Pregnant with these levels?

Has anyone gotten pregnant with tsh around 5.4 and thyroid levels in the 40s? I assumed that because my levels are so whacked that I'm not ovulating (periods have been extremely short and light). I've read that some women don't even find out that their levels are off until after they find out they're pregnant. I'm ttc but didn't think it was possible until my levels go down?

I've read that it's pretty individual. My levels are under 4 and I still have problems conceiving. My endo is trying to get them as close to 1 as possible. I have a friend, however, who rarely ovulated and got pregnant twice. I think it's important for the dr to look at your individual symptoms as well and not just numbers.

My levels were around 3 I think when I conceived, I’m 40 yrs old and currently 31 weeks pregnant with baby #1. And despite the doctor telling me I had only about a 2% chance of conceiving naturally, here I am. (The low percentage was mostly because of my low follicle count and family history of early onset menopause)

Your levels should be under 2 to have the best chances of conceiving. I struggled to conceived until I saw a endocrinologist. It took my endo 8 months to get my levels around 1 and I conceived the next month. 24 weeks with a little girl :)

Yes that's entirely too high! Mine had been 4.5-5.0 and my doctor insisted it was normal. I finally went to a endocrinologist and he told me it needed to be below 2 to conceive. We upped my synthroid three times before it got to where it needed to be and conceived the same month. I'll be 7 weeks tomorrow
