It's time to stop ignoring it.
I am overweight and have no will power or knowledge of how to lose weight. I'm not talking 5 lbs, more like 80. I noticed my first stretch marks on my stomach today. I've had them all over my thighs forever, but my stomach is ruined. There's no pregnancy or muscle, it's 100% fat gain.
I don't know how to lose weight. Everyone just screams diet and exercise over and over but nothing deeper than that. What kind of exercise? What kind of diet? How long do I do these things? I also have severe scoliosis and can't afford corrective surgery. So basically walking too long causes massive migraines that cause me to be bed-ridden for days some times or it just hurts too bad that I can't finish the walk. On top of that I have depression and no drive to do anything, especially not something that hurts and makes me sick. Idk what to do. I've talked to people. I've read so much crap on it. Does anyone out there know what actually works? I need a diet I can stick to, some way to supress hunger, and exercise that preferably is easy on your spine...
That's asking a lot right?
