Doula
How was your experience with a doula assisted birth? What was the best part of having one? How did they support you and your spouse?
I'm meeting with a doula next week for a consultation. I've heard great things from ladies who had doula's. We are having a hospital birth and I just want to know what to consider when hiring a doula?
We have to budget for it and I'm interested to hear about your experiences. Want to make sure it's worth it :)
