I have been on the pill for a few months now and my period has completely stopped! At first it was like three days and now its just done!

Nurse here - It might be the type of pill you are on. If you are on a progestin only pill vs a combination pill like an estrogen/progestin pill, they can cause you to skip your period completely.  This is a question for your doctor not a bunch of unqualified 12 year olds online, so I suggest going to the doctor to switch out the pill if you are unhappy or concerned with the side effects.
