NAMING YOUR BABY AFTER A FRIEND

Hey ladies :)

My middle name for a possible daughter was initially Victoria Rose, as Victoria is a family name on my husband's side. Recently that side of the family have been letting us down in the support department so we've changed our minds about the Victoria part, but want to keep the Rose part. So I've been stuck for a middle name for a girl for ages, and I've just decided that I like the middle name Tallulah Rose. My best friend of 10 years is Tallulah and she'll be my child's godmother.

Would you find it creepy if your best friend did this? :/ first name would be Violet, surname Kelly. I would want to surprise her with it but if it's weird maybe I'll ask her permission first? I was going to go with Lula Rose but I don't think it flows as nicely.

This girl was my head bridesmaid and has been my soulmate all through high school and beyond. She's absolutely stunning and the kindest and smartest person I've ever met, if my daughter was like her I would be thrilled, SO, thoughts?

I'm pretty set but I don't wanna creep her out and don't wanna ask her permission if I can avoid it because I want it all to be surprise. :)
