Bacne? Back breaking out!

Question

I've been getting tiny bumps all up and down my back that I cannot get to go away to save my life. My face isn't really breaking out but I have to assume this is some kind of back acne. Is anyone else getting this? Any solutions to control it? I use a cactus bristle brish to scrub it and it's just not helping. Thanks!

Me too. My face is fine but my back and chest are terrible. I use a face wash with salicylic acid but some people say that's not the best when you're pregnant so I don't know that I want to buy a body wash with it in there. That's the only thing that has ever worked for me. I might just have to tough it out for now.
