With your nausea? Mine just kicked in and it's horrible. I feel sick and right now I have a sore throat. It sucks. Hope someone helps me out!

Peppermint and chamomile tea, ginger ale, eating small meals frequently, don't let your belly get empty it'll make it worse. Crackers and cheese, nuts and dried fruit, hummus. I loved Popsicles, and made smoothies out of yogurt, frozen berries and fresh fruit. I also added protein powder. LOTS of water, add lemon like or cucumber for a little extra flavor. One eyed sailors (toast with a fried egg in the middle).

I used to eat sour things like oranges, pickles, drink orange juice or lemonade. Ginger helps a lot too !

The mixture of Unisom and vitamin B6. Oh my gosh my life has gotten so much better during this first trimester! Call your doctor for a good dosage for you! They are both over-the-counter:)

Thank you all! I will try all your suggestions to see what helps. I think a lot of the mint and ginger first since I got a lot of those suggestions.

Ginger and mint.. personally i would mix a little ground ginger in some brewed mint tea. Both are natural suppressants for nausea
