11 weeks and no symptoms, makes me nervous

Hi, I'm 11 weeks and aside from sore boobs every now and then I haven't had any of the 'normal' symptoms... No sickness or nausea, no tiredness, nothing really. I don't feel any different than before I got pregnant and it makes me really nervous that something wrong :( I have my first scan next Tuesday and I just want it to hurry up so I can make sure everything is ok. Has anyone else felt like this?
