I hope things stay like this

Not really a rant or maybe it will turn into one but I need to vent a little.

So my husband has really impressed me by keeping his mouth shut about our pregnancy and keeping our business on the low I mean people know our due date and baby's name but that's about it. This time he's not calling his mom and telling her everything I'm thankful because this time around, i've had complications in my 3rd trimester I was going to be induced early but luckily my 2nd test results came out lower and they didn't need to induce me early I am still getting induced (because of high bp and something else) this week coming up but I will be 40 weeks by then. Anywho, my husband has not said one thing about the induction which i'm happy about but i'm also worried he might just blabber it out. He already had told me he wouldn't tell his family i'm in labor that he would let them know AFTER the baby is born which I really really hope so ! He said he doesn't want to let them know when i'm in labor because they WILL come invited or not. I don't want to be the "bad guy" again and have people kicked out not saying that I'm a bad guy for doing that but they got their feelings hurt and thought of me as a horrible person last time because of that. Now before anyone bashes me keep in mind his mom and sister think they can just invite themselves to my birth only because my husband is their son/brother i'm sorry but it doesn't work that way, especially since they never once have asked me if i'm okay with it. My rules about it only being my husband and I are important to me if my own family can't come why should his ? I mean I don't mind them coming hours after or a day after the baby's born but there's no way I want anyone there during. My MIL got her way because my husband told the nurse to let his mom be there so I annoyingly said "ok fine" but I'm trying to not get an epidural this time around so I definitely don't need to have to be worrying about others and my birth is no god damn show why would I want them to see me in pain ? If they want to watch someone give birth they should consider watching YouTube there's plenty of labor videos there
