11 wk,6 days and bleeding after pap smear?

Hey. So I had my 12 week appt today (I'm 12 weeks tomorrow) they couldn't find the heartbeat so I'm trying to not get freaked out but the doctor did an exam and said I felt like I was between 11 and 12 weeks. Anyways. She did a pap smear (my first one) and I'm bleeding pretty good (it happened about 20 mins ago) she said bleeding after was normal and to not worry but ive had a couple of small small small clots come out too. Is that normal? It's bright red blood
