9 weeks symptoms

I have no energy what so ever! My body aches and I can't keep anything down. I've been to the er from being dehydrated the doctor said I have HG. Now my Ob prescribed me promethazine pills and they make me so drowsy I have to go to sleep! What are your symptoms?
