Some advice please ladies?

I found out that I'm expecting baby number 4. But the same week one of my closest friends lost her 10th butterfly baby in 10 years, I am heartbroken for her. However, how would you approch telling her? I don't want to seem like I'm rubbing it in her face. Because I care for her a lot, we've been through so much together and she's always been there for me and vice versa.
