I think I just had my first contraction!!!!
Or false contraction! Lots of back pain, felt like a really strong menstrual cramp mixed with a lot of pelvic pressure and pressing on my cervix. Does that sound right? It's my first one if that is what it was. I still have my plug, I'm only 36w4d so I think it was BH. But is that what they feel like?
