Your nose is just more sensitive. I'm a nurse-I can handle blood, poop, urine, vomit, and a mixture of all the above. But my cat threw up on the carpet yesterday. I literally cut out part of the carpet because I wasn't going to scrub it and then ended up throwing up anyways. (Btw we will be putting new flooring in our bedroom soon so it wasn't a big deal that I cut it lol)

Yes. Two reasons: your sense of smell probably increased, and vitamins do that.
